Q: How do I schedule a Birthday Party?

A: It's easy! Just give us a call and we would be happy to reserve your special day and time.

Q: Is a deposit required?

A: $70 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.

Q: How many guests can I invite?

A: You may invite up to 25 guests. The birthday child and all adults (18 and over) play for free and are not included in the guest count. Additional guests are welcome! There is a $10 charge per additional guest.

Q: What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?

A: We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in.

Q: Do I need to stay at the party?

A: The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun.

Q: Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?

A: For insurance purposes, all guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian.

Q: Are socks required?

A: For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play on the inflatables.

Q: Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable playroom?

A: We're sorry, but we cannot extend your play time in the inflatable playroom.

Q: Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?

A: You're welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti or pinatas.

Q: Do you provide party room set up and clean up?

A: Yes, we will set up the party room just the way you want it and clean up afterwards.

Q: What is the price of additional adult pizza?

A: One topping large: $12.00 Multi Topping Large: $16.00

Q: Can I bring food to my party?

A: You may bring cake and pre packaged dry snacks to your party. We're sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.

Q: Can I bring in my own drinks?

A: For your convenience, we have a variety of beverages available for purchase. We're sorry, but you may not bring your own beverages to the party.

Q: Can I bring my own goodie bags and balloons?

A: Yes you are welcome to bring your own.

Q: Are there any additonal items I need to bring to the party?

A: If you will be bringing cake, please bring candles but do not bring any matches.

Q: Do you provide party decorations?

A: Absolutely! If you do not choose to bring your own. Castle Jump will provide plates, cups, hats, utensils, decorations for your party room including balloons at no extra charge.
